Suburban Security

Initially due to run 7-8 miles with a friend today at midday. With the hottest day of year forecast we decided to start at 10 instead.

I honestly think it was hotter between 10-11:30 than it was at midday. After 7.2 miles from South Woodford to Limehouse DLR I was completely done in.

Still, a Vita Coca, orange Calypo and half a litre of water later and I was almost rebuilt.

Saw this on my way home and it caught my attention!
