Sunday 10 June 2012: Twisty Tower Tree

"I've never been up the Tower" Samantha said.

"I'll take you up the Tower" I said.

This tree's much more photogenic than Clackmannan Tower though, especially on such a flat grey day like today. Photographed it once or twice before but having a figure in there gives this version a good sense of scale. Had a nice wander and sat on the rock that King Robert the Bruce is said to have sat on and could almost hear Candle in the Wind blowing over on the wind from a few miles to the South as Elton John warmed up for his concert tonight in Falkirk. It was either that or the cows in the field below were doing a great impression of the follically challenged ivory tinkler.

Back for a bit of shoving hands around toilet u-bends, just for the fun of it.
