On the Edge

It always gets publicised at the time but people quickly forget. Several Blue Mountains tourists fall to their deaths each year. Most accessible vantage points have substantial  railings to lean against but often people climb over the railings or go around them to do this. Oh well.

Incidentally I am at Landslide Lookout, not far from Cyclorama Point west of Katoomba. Some of you may recognise a rock formation known locally as "The Ruined Castle" , here seen from a most unusual angle. 

You probably need to peek at this "large" for a better sense of the exposure.
