Sunday 10 June 2012: Family Table
One of the nicer aspects of weekends is the available time to spend with family. Today we had my partner Kathy's mom and nephew for Sunday dinner. Our menu included grilled chicken marinated in a mango curry sauce, Asian slaw, ginger baby carrots and lemon sorbet for dessert. It tasted delicious, but the conversation was even tastier. I cooked, and Kathy set the table.
