"Mummy - make these men hold hands!" I couldn't quite manage that, but he was pleased with this effort.

I was very pleased with his efforts today - only one 'wee' accident and his first nappy free number two!!!!!! (On the potty! Bonus!!!!)

My back was pretty sore this morning, but it loosened up and I resisted painkillers! I did a bit of jogging on my post round and actually went out for a run this evening!!! Uncomfortable but not painful. Progress....
