Monday 11 June 2012: Reflective Practice
It's lovely to be home, on the sofa and in my civvies at 1715. It was the first day of a new training programme today...sea trials for a new course we've devised.
As luck would have it the course today was a small group, next to the station in Edinburgh so we finished a bit early.
With an early start for more on Thursday and Friday it'll all balance out in time!
Once again spent time talking about the role of blip in my life for creating a bit of time and space in the day.
