Bee with a phone?

I wandered out into the garden with my 60 year old Leica to finish up a film so I could go and pay a fortune to have it developed and saw bees visiting these iris. Hmm I thought. I'll never get those with this thing - so I whipped out my mobile phone and took a few snaps.

Technology has come a long way when I can casually snap a bee in flight with my phone! I am sure I could have got one in focus if I had hung around for more than two minutes. What will the world be like in another sixty years?

Still looking forward to seeing what the Leica produces though...
