Our new Sky Towerz

Today a ribbon was cut to open the new Sky Tower built at RSPB Leighton Moss with funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund and the Lancashire Environmental Fund

From the top platform you can see over the whole Reserve, to the limestone hills to the east and out over Morecambe Bay to the west.

It was really quite impressive as was the cake offered afterwards to the invitees. Those with the eyes of a Marsh Harrier may be able to discern a rare sighting of Mrs. K.
