deep-fried turkey

we alternate holidays with family, and thanksgiving won't be at our house this year. the grocery store had a few fresh turkeys in early, so we decided to cook one today. they look pretty crispy on the outside cooked this way, but the inside stays moist and it cooks in a little over an hour (and you still have your oven for other dishes). we also inject marinade into them 1st, used the cajun flavored one.
