Take on your challenges

Last night was the AGM of our local 'Amdram Panto Group' where we normally choose the script for next years panto and fulfill the positions on the committee. This year Peter Pan was chosen as 2016 panto and all positions were filled except for Director and Assistant Director. Whilst there were a couple of contenders for the Assistant Director role the Director remains a more difficult one to fulfill. 
So here I am pondering should I step up to be director this year or let someone else (who?) do it ... is this my next challenge?? Unsure ....
