Flat Whites are Go!

Still a lot of snow around, but now covered with a veneer of ice.
I made a hazardous trip to the front yard to pick up the papers, but papers there were none:(
At 3pm I trod gingerly to the car and drove into town.

What a sight!
Every tourist and his dog were there.
The coffee shops were chocka, and all of them looked just like this.
Still much snowman construction and snowball throwing, but I wasn't going to risk my limbs walking around to find a good shot.
I actually saw one woman being carted away in an ambulance, with what appeared to be a broken leg.

Got the pretty pictures. Now I'd like life to return to normal.

And the papers came over the fence late afternoon:)
