Pooped pooch!
Nine Mile Burn turned into an effing disco at 8.45am today for the Spartan Race. My head was thumping by 5 when we left for refuge in South Queensferry for the night.
A lovely (indoor) BBQ and catch up with friends oh and we also checked out (& booked) a venue for our upcoming coaxial celebration party.
