A bridging day.

Today may well mark the end of the outrageously hot weather as we bridge from heatwave to more normal temperatures.  We did some gardening and household chores whilst it was still relatively cool this morning and went out after lunch for a drive through Creysse (pic) St Sozy, Souillac and Martel.  It was 39 degrees at the hottest part of the afternoon. We are promised a storm and a subsequent cooling of temperatures tonight and tomorrow, with the average daily falling from 38 to 28 degrees, much more bearable!
