Tuesday 12 June 2012: Champion hunter
In haste (it's 11.40pm)
This barn owl is feeding chicks in a nestbox put up by the Shropshire Barn Owl Group. She appears to be bringing them up on her own. I watched her for 2 hours tonight and she didn't stop. She must have caught about 15 voles - well fed chicks!
Biit grainy - ISO high!
Very busy day today- flying this morning, brain training this afternoon and owl watching tonight.
Need to get to bed.
