A hot and humid day attending a conference in Singapore. I helped out on the stand, which happened to be out in the corridor so I had to pop along to lots of sessions for a bit of air conditioning.
We stopped off at a local food market for a colleague's favourite snack, fried oyster omelette. It was delicious, especially with the hot sauce.
