Newcastle Downunder

It's not easy being a Lapwing

The gulls want nothing to do with you.  You are a pariah on the beach.  No one throws you a chip.  It's slim pickings.

It was lovely down at Nobbys this evening on my way home from work.  I have noticed that sunset is now about 20 minutes later than at the Winter Solstice.  Almost perfect for catching the afterglow.  The moon was lovely as well so I have wasted an extra on it.
