Wednesday 13 June 2012: The Big 5-0!
Or maybe that should be the little 5-0. I know 50 isn't an official blipday, but as I said at the 4 week mark I'm determined to mark even the little milestones, as each feels like a big achievement for me.
I drove around for ages trying to find a 50 mph sign with a nice landscape behind it. Trouble is there don't seem to be all that many Co. Durham roads with that particular speed limit. Finally I found a sign that at least has some green around it, and a little patch of blue sky appeared just in time. But as I stood at the edge of the dual carriageway it is on, I'm sure the vehicles blasting past me weren't heeding the sign!
Oh, and I passed 6000 views today, too :o)
