Friday 8 June 2012: deeda allooo
In the same way that I want the boy to like bicycles but to not always run up to them and grab them and end up with a fistful of grimy road-paste, I like that he likes spiders but want to be able to train him to not try and poke them until his co-ordination improves so that he doesn't injure them. I think I managed to demonstrate putting fingers down near the spider so that the spider can clamber onto them if it wants to but not trying to push it on but it looked a bit wary and retracted and had to be rescued.
