I am not political these days, but Alex Salmond appears, in many peoples eyes, to be an outstanding politician. As far as I can see, the more outstanding any politician is, the greater the likelihood that he/she is completely untrustworthy as a human being. Did you see him hamming it up, in his own distinctively smarmy way, at the Leveson inquiry?
Politics aside, my immediate thought was that he has a terrible secret. After the thought 'wanker'.
