A nice sociable day. 
A pleasant visit from BAT this morning, a long phone chat with the girl, a wander around the Farmers Market, and this evening our daughter and son-in-law came over for dinner. They brought home-made chocolate mousse and there were strawberries and lots of cream. No calories at all !
