Another result of snapping random things and thinking, what am I going to use for my blip of the day? I happened to be walking back from picking up a takeaway from another shop so this seemed apt. I wasn't paticularly anamoured with it at first but after playing around with the saturation and contrast I was able to emphasise the doubling effect the neon letters were producing. I should maybe pursue this theme a bit more...could have some interesting results.
