Passing on the Flame

Having recovered (somewhat) from my expedition yesterday, we ventured into Duns for lunch and then waited to see the Olympic Torch Relay. Having picked up on some hints from the stewards, we waited at the spot where they would be changing over from one runner to the next - much more interesting than just seeing the flame pass by.

In Duns we also happened to bump into a friend of my Dad's - who was also the bus driver for my S4 physics trip to Alton Towers, although I have no idea how he made the connection. This world is far too small.
