White-tailed bee

Back home, and unpacked. I have been out to check on my garden, which has managed to become overgrown and looking a tad wild, but well in flower. There were one or two bees around in the sunshine, so I managed to capture this fella on the lavender. It was definitely a white-tailed bee, judging by both the markings and the size.
