Thursday 14 June 2012: Unst.
History Trip, Day 4
This is Unst bus stop; it's won the 'best bus shelter in Britain award' so we visited that this morning - it is decorated with an Olympic/Jubilee theme right now hence the flags and there was also olympic pillows inside on the sofa.
We also went on an old viking longboat, went to a beach with lots of Shetland ponies, and then we tried to go into Scalloway Castle but there was a wedding taking place and we ended up walking in on the vows before being quickly guided straight back out again into the rain..!
Then back onto the ferry for our last night before driving back to Edinburgh from Aberdeen in the morning.
