The Blackcountry Man

Lunch Time at the Harbour.....

We had a lovely walk down the lane to Arley Station where I saw my first Deltec Diesel Loco, a Class 55, 55109 to be precise one of only six left in the country. This was followed by a Manor Steam train Earlstoke Manor 7812.
Everyone was more interested in the Manor although the Deltec was the most rare loco.

Once these were gone we went for  lunch at the Harbour Inn and we booked up a Dinner for 6:30pm for all of us, the landlady was well pleased with us.

On the way back we met up with Cliff and he walked back up the hill with us.

More wine and beer tonight.
Maddi went back to her Daddy and we were at peace once again, thinking we had gone deaf.
