Saturday 16 June 2012: Whiling Away at Whitesands Bay
Mr H baled out the tent this morning and I set too fortifying us with vege sausages on rolls.
The rain was still lashing down in the high wind as we set off. However, after a coffee at the car park at Whitesands bay, we spotted a patch of blue sky big enough to make a sailor a pair of pants and after a bit the sun came out.
The surfers were out enjoying the waves. Had a walk to see Coetan Arthur burial chambers along the cost path.
Back to the tent, fingers crossed.
