Wild Apples

Out with the dogs today we came across an apple tree which grows wild in the fields we walk through, it has the most delicious apples on it and they were ready for picking.  Apple chutney comes to mind and apple sauce too, picked a big bag full so will be busy today and tomorrow.
Nice day thank goodness Tansy was bored to death yesterday because she couldn't really play out in the pouring rain. She hurt her leg whilst we were out, don't know what she did but she was limping and crying, anyway she has had a rest and is now happy out in the garden and not limping at the moment.
