Red Leaves in New Mexico

The normal color of fall in New Mexico is yellow, brown and brown with the deepest blue skies, which can admittedly make a beautiful pallete. I am always terribly jealous of the red leaves everyone seems to have, so I was delighted to find these at the Albuquerque Botanic Garden today next to the pond. I believe they are oak.
