Sunday 17 June 2012: Poppies at last
Did not come across poppies otherwise than along motorways this year, but today I found some along Vlist riverlet where I drove = down from Gouda. Needed to park the car a few 100 meters further on at a farm's yard, but then I could walk up to the red poppies on the waterfront and take my 2012 pix of them. The close-ups show the stems full of lice so I go for this overall view.
