Pencil. You know if you say the same word over and over again it starts to sound weird. Pencil. Say it a few times. Pencil. After a while it starts to sound foreign and you begin to wonder if you're saying it right. Pencil. You start to wonder how they first came up with the word. Pencil. Who came up with Pencil. Why did they call it a Pencil? Was the person's name Pencil? Did the pen come before or after the Pencil? And was the name Pencil derived as an extension to the name pen or was the pen just named by shortening Pencil? And why wasn't there a pen case or a texta case? All those things were held in a Pencil case. Pencils. Anyway, today's blip is dedicated to the Pencil.
