A lovely and relaxing day with the papers. This article in the Guardian isn't as negative as it looks and made me do more research into Angela Duckworth's Grit measure. I booked to see Oliver Burkeman in Edinburgh and watched a Canongate talk which described her motto: Choose Easy, Work hard! Absolutely - play to your strengths and build your resilience.
