Altered

Every day this little car, converted into some kind of off-road vehicle, is parked in the same place.

I sometimes see the guy who owns it. If I'd seen him today I would have asked him if he'd mind posing with it. But the street was empty when I popped out for a breather, it was starting to rain and the atmosphere bleak.

It's not much of a blip but with the weather against me, I did at least blip someone's pride and joy.
