My New Dell Computer

I have needed a new computer for years now, but kept putting it off. My old one was causing so much trouble I knew the time had come that I simply just had to buy a new one. This has the new Windows 10 and now I have to learn how to use it. The sad fact is that I have lost many of my programs that I many not be able to get back again. Like Photoshop, which is expensive.
