Monday 18 June 2012: A Little Bit of Blue

What a pleasant change :)

First day at the office after the op. Survived, just. Hung on by the skin of my teeth.

Also survived the massive garage bill - £15 ex VAT or £18 to us normal mortals....why tell us it ex VAT?? to lessen the shock in this case it was a bearable shock. Apparently Mr Lif did an excellent job on the ball joint and linkage situation of yesterday as the garage man declared it fit and well until I bet we are bombing up/down an autoroute in foreign parts in a couple of weeks

Anyhoo, took the lazy lurcher for a drag round the top of the hill this evening. And very nice it was too if you ignored the sogginess underfoot Almost seemed like summer....there was this round yellow thing in the sky and the sky had spaces between the grey which were blue. How cool is that?
