Spreading the word - 600 blips!

How things have changed since Paul Julius Reuters (1816-1899) founded one of the world's most famous news organisations. Communications have changed beyond recognition since his time and I thought the man with the mobile phone was a perfect example. This impressive sculpture is outside the Royal Exchange.
