Friday 15 June 2012: Teeth
These are the bad-boys that should stop me falling in my arse when running off road. I guess it's the addition of the mainly wet Scottish weather, and what it does to the ground that is the problem rather than just being off road - my balance isn't that bad.
Need to try them out now.
