Salty

I went out on Desert Classic again today and got totally pummeled. Felt like I was out of shape, just couldn't get the speed on. Maybe it was the heat, it was about 109F. So hot that my iPhone threw up a new warning message. I had to stop twice to rest!

I started at about 9am, but I guess that's not not good enough. I'll have to get out earlier next time.

Oh, and the picture is of my gloves after the ride, covered in salt that seemed to be flowing out of my body from every pore.
