Xiàngqi

象棋  (shang-ji old style )  Bereft of ideas (not unusual) I took a peek at what I did last year.  Do I see a lazy idea forming?  This is the initial set-up. Maybe one day red will make his opening move . . . the extra is black's view.  I am not a sinologist or sin-anything we just seem to have collected various Chinese nick-knacks along the way.


       I had a severe case of stage nerves when playing the dulcimer at church this morning.  Even affected the recorder . . . .
