by Charles Dickens, Sheffield Park was magically transformed into Folkestone Station for filming today. Photo shows Felicity Jones, (Nelly Ternan), & Ralph Fiennes, (Charles Dickens), in between takes.
It is a BBC production, an adaptation of Claire Tomalin's non-fiction tome telling the story of the relationship between the great writer and Nelly Ternan, an actress nearly half his age, with whom he had an affair that shocked the nation, which comes from a script by Abi Morgan ("Shame," "The Iron Lady")
