On the Helm

My son was training on the Helm tonight so I made the most of it to complete my 3rd 5k in 3 days! My slowest ever due to the ups and downs... But I did it before he finished (just!).

First afternoon of paid teaching since I qualified today. Nice to be back in the classroom.
