Tra Ruaim

After a morning working in the garden a walk was called for, went with friends along a path from Dooneen to the headland beyond Tra Ruaim, we past profusions of Meadowsweet and Purple Loosestrife, curios cows, a small ringfort or fortified farmstead and Caher cillini an unconsecrated burial ground for unbaptised children, strangers and murderers ( see my extra image ). The wind was warm but wild from the south but shelter was found at the beach.
