Tuesday 19 June 2012: Planning next trip

In the absence of pictures from Malawi, I just found this on Mary's desk.
It indicates that we will be in Mzuzu this day two weeks time D.V.
The plan for this session is training of Primary School teachers.
Mary and her group of teachers will take on some teachers who got stage 1 last summer and develop the better teachers to become trainers, who will then deliver the course in English to their co-teachers with the help of the Ministry and the Primary Schools Inspectorate. Achievement so far with 200 teachers has been tremendous, so we are expecting great things, and if enthusiasm is anything to go on, we won't be disappointed.
All this work is totally voluntary with all involved paying their way to Malawi, paying also for all their transport and accommodation. Not one Euro of public money anywhere to be seen!!
AND there will certainly be fun, with alot of hard work!!
