Beer & Food Matching

Tonight I finally got to redeem my Christmas present - A beer and food matching course at Edinburgh's Cookery School.

With six courses of food and two matching beers per course, I received double the prescribed dose due to the fact that, you know... Nikki couldn't indulge.

Pity I didn't buy her a Crystal Ball for Christmas
