Tuesday 19 June 2012: Low tide

A walk on the beach at a 1.6 ft. tide. Not quite low enough to dry the moon snail egg collar you can see here (the approx. 8" circular thing - actually there are 2 of them visible) under about 1 inch of water. They're pretty neat, will try for another at a lower tide sometime, and try to catch that snail too. There's a pink starfish doing some ballet move. But I had to use this picture to record the day -it's the very first day I've not been COLD here. Fingers crossed - summer just might arrive. It has 2 days left anyway....

A short trip in to Galiano for a few supplies for visitors this weekend---I know about 3 people there and ran into all of them! So, a little bit of talking, not too much.

We were missing Fiona today on our usual Tuesday so Tatum blipped her for us! (hihowareyaspray)
