Had my weigh in after our holiday on Guernsey. I hadn't put any weight on, and I had actually lost a fraction, though not quite as much as I should have, but considering all things I'm happy.

Nice day so we went for a bike ride. Afterwards I cleaned my hybrid - it got dirty and gritty on Guernsey. Today's backblip is a small purple daisy flower than my better half likes rather a lot.
