Bananas

I was always told that eating too many bananas in a day was bad for you as they contain potassium. Listening to the radio the other day I found out that the amount of potassium each one contains is only a small percentage of your daily potassium needs and you can eat six or seven bananas each day without any worries - unless you suffer from kidney problems that is, in which case you shouldn't eat more than one or two a day.
