Monday 18 June 2012: Evening walk

I didn't sit down until 9pm but 9pm was very important. That was when the last episode of the season of The Real Housewives of Beverley Hills 2 started. I had a glass of wine in hand and had a very strict 'no talking' rule. I'm hoping for a reunion show next week - I'm going to miss those ladies.


School was pretty quiet today. My teaching assistant came back after the sudden death of her mother a fortnight ago. They've not yet had the funeral as they've had to wait for a postmortem but she didn't want to stay home alone today. It was good to have her back but very difficult to know what to say/do. The children did cause her to laugh a few times and then you could see she felt bad for laughing. So awful for her. She wants to come in tomorrow though and then she'll be off for another week or two.
