Wednesday 20 June 2012: Easy Over.....
There seems to be loads of planes over tonight, as I was taking this I noticed that I was being bitten to death by Gnats, little buggers eat me alive, don't know why.
Today I visited the hospital, Weight down, BP down and normal, Cholesterol down and normal , they did notice my calcium was a little down from the last few times, so I had another Blood Test to check Vitamin D as this relates to bone loss, I don't think there is anything amiss so I am not worried.
I got back to work later the afternoon and back to the slow, slow grind.
