Thursday 21 June 2012: What's my name ?
Can any Blippers help with the name please i think it's some sort of lily or iris , In a week it will be a mass of these beautiful flowers .
We had heavy rain early this morning but it had stopped by 9am but still hot and stormy. I weeded the vegetable patch and can now see my crop of carrots and haricots which to be honest is not good and I don't really now why . After that I started on the fallen willow branch and all I need to do now is get the chain saw to work on the thick bits .
Rain forecast for this afternoon but no worries about garden work as I have meetings to attend in Pontoise so that's it for today .
I would like to say a big thank you for all your lovely birthday wishes yesterday , blip is such an amazing community and I was moved by your kindness and just to let you know I did enjoy my day very much !!

P.S. since posting this a twitter friend has seen the blip and sent me a link which confirms that its name is "FRANS HALS DAYLILY" social networks can be so helpful !!
