Thursday 21 June 2012: COUNTDOWN
I am not sure where the 'tradition' of sending, in advance, notification of a wedding came from. However, my middle niece seems to have adopted it as a means of communicating with her prospective guests, well in advance, of the day. It is odd to me that she should go for such a modern approach as everything else about her wedding is, supposedly, going to be 'vintage'.
I hope the weather on 21st June 2013, in Derbyshire, is better than it has been, today, in Yorkshire.
